Sashihara Rino (指原莉乃?), nicknamed Sasshi (さっしー?) and Sashiko (さしこ?), is a member of AKB48's Team A. She was the very first to discover the two victims, and was one of the top suspects. She is based on and is portrayed by Sashihara Rino.

Because of her habitual curiosity, wandering around the mansion where they would be staying after the CM shoot, she was the very first one to find the first two victims, making her one of the most probable suspect.

Shocked after finding Yuko's body in the freezer, Sashiko went with Mii-chan and the rest of the Kami8 to watch over Nyan Nyan, who fainted after seeing her closest friend die in front of her.
After Nyan Nyan regained conciousness, and after seeing a worried Sashiko beside her, she began to attack the latter, convinced that she was the killer. Nyan Nyan began interrogating her forcibly by pointing out that the "N" in Renacchi's message could also indicate Not Yet, and the fact that Sashiko was the one to find both victims first. Before Nyan Nyan could completely break her, Takamina intervened.
Distressed on how the others in AKB48 might see her now, Sashiko still wanted to clear her name and participated in Acchan's next plan of attack against the killer.
